Following the addition of a link to ‘Personalized Home’ at the top right of the Google home page, they are now also adding a link to sign in to your Google account. What’s new about this is that the ‘Sign In’ link is now being shown at the top right on results pages. Google seem to be using some kind of tracking code as well, clicking the link shows:
