Lee Dodd (who was on Webmaster Radio) with Shoemoney last week has announced that he is selling Zelda Universe, which happens to be massively popular with thousands of Zelda fanboys round the world.
Check out the threads at SitePoint and Digital Point for more info. $65,000 is a lot of money, but whoever does buy the site is on to a real winner. 
Does anyone else think it would be handy to have a central location to monitor all the sites for sale at any given time on the boards?
